How to Manage Notification Settings?

Notifications in the KGI Crusoe platform are fully customizable and can be sent through the Notification Ticker, or as audio alerts directly in your browser.

How to Customize Notifications

Notifications in the KGI Crusoe platform can be toggled on/off and customized by following the steps below:

First, click the Application Settings button at the top right of the screen. From there, select the Preferences tab at the top of the page.

Next, scroll down to the Notifications section, where each setting can be toggled on/off.

Notification Ticker

At the top of the Notifications section, you can toggle the Notification Ticker on or off and customize its settings.

The Notification Ticker is enabled by default and appears at the top of the screen, typically displaying the current time and order status updates.

The time displayed here can either be set to your Local Time Zone or Central Time Zone and is dependent on your PC's clock for its accuracy.

If the clock on the Notification Ticker is inaccurate, you can sync your PC's clock using the following steps:

• Right-click on the clock in the Windows Taskbar

• Select Adjust Date & Time

• Click Sync Now in the Windows Settings page that appears

Available Notification Types

In addition to the Notification Ticker, the following notification types can be customized in the KGI Crusoe platform:

Send Account Summary Email

When enabled, you will receive an email with information about any working orders or open positions either a set number of minutes after the end of your last active session in the live environment, or at a specified time of day (Central Time), as long as you do not have an active session at that time.

News Notifications

Notifications appear in real time and are displayed in the Current News section which can be opened from the right-hand panel on the screen.

Audio Notifications

Audio notifications are played directly through your browser when triggered. These can be customized by notification type on the Advanced Configuration screen (see more below).

Advanced Configuration

Clicking the optional Advanced Configuration button allows you to toggle order status notifications by each specific status type. This includes order status changes, account messages and alerts, and news updates.

This page also allows you to toggle push notifications, as well as toggle, test, and customize audio notifications for each status type with 15+ unique sound files to choose from.

• Order notifications allow that status to appear in the Notification Tracker (clock) while trading

• Audio notifications will play an audible alert through your browser with each status update.
