Order Flag Definitions
By default, the KGI Crusoe platform uses Day order flags. These orders will automatically cancel at the end of the trading session if they haven’t been filled or manually canceled by the user.
DAY: The order will remain active until the end of the current trading session.
GTC: Good Till Canceled - The order will remain active until it is manually canceled.
GTD: Good Till Date - The order remains active until the end of the trading session on a user-defined date. A date and time selector will appear after GTD is chosen from the Trading menu.
Customizing Order Flags
You can customize order flags for upcoming orders by clicking the Trading button at the top of the screen or by toggling the Day/GTC buttons located at the top of the chart whenTrade Mode is active.

Clicking the cog wheel next to the Day/GTC buttons on the chart opens the Order Flag Settings menu. Here, you can choose between DAY and GTC order flags, and configure additional settings to specify custom cancellation or release times for your orders.
Enabling the Cancel toggle allows you to set a specific date and time for the order to be automatically canceled. This uses the Good-Till-Date (GTD) order flag functionality. Toggling the Release function enables the use of Time-Released orders. Learn more about Time-Released Orders here: Time-Released Orders

In the Trading menu, you can toggle between DAY, GTC, and GTD order flags before submitting an order.
