Error! Too Many Requests

Note: This error only appears when logging into TradingView with your
KGI Crusoe credentials. It does not appear in any of the
KGI Crusoe
apps.
Cause: This login error means the request limit has been reached for the
KGI Crusoe
connection in TradingView, most likely because of an incorrect username or password.
Solution: When this error occurs, wait 60 minutes before logging into TradingView again with a
KGI Crusoe
account. This error does not affect your ability to log into the KGI Crusoe platform.
If needed, you can recover your username or reset your password: Your KGI Crusoe Username and Resetting Your Password
Something Went Wrong, Contact Your Broker
Cause: This error means your account isn't yet eligible for TradingView access. The cause depends on your account type.
Solution
KGI Crusoe accounts: Verify the following:
Your account is funded, or you have the Trading View add-on active in the KGI Crusoe platform.
If your account has a zero balance, TradingView access isn't available until the account is funded.
If you're using Google or Apple sign-in, use a typed username and password instead.
Evaluation / Prop Firm accounts: Verify the following:
You selected Demo, not Live, on the TradingView connection screen.
You're entering your evaluation service credentials, not your KGI Crusoe sign-in details.
TradingView is enabled with your evaluation service. KGI Crusoe cannot enable this on your behalf.
Non-Tradable Symbol
Note: This error only occurs in TradingView.
Cause: This error typically means one of the following:
Market data isn't enabled on your account for the contract you're trying to trade.
Your account balance doesn't meet the margin requirement for the contract you're attempting to trade.
You're on a prop firm account and the issue needs to be resolved by your evaluation service.
Solution
Review available markets and margin requirements: Available Markets & Margins
Confirm your account balance meets the minimum margin listed on that page.
If you're on a prop firm account,
KGI Crusoe
cannot adjust account permissions or margins on your behalf. Contact your prop firm directly for assistance.
