Order statuses help indicate where an order is in its lifecycle as it moves from the trading platform to the brokerage and ultimately to the exchange.
Below is a complete list of the possible order statuses you may see on the KGI Crusoe Web platforms during trading:
Filled – Your order has been fully executed at the exchange. No further modifications or cancellations can be made.
Working – Your order is open and active at the exchange. You may modify or cancel it at any time before it is filled.
Canceled – Your order has been successfully canceled and is no longer active. No changes can be made to a canceled order.
Rejected – Your order was rejected. This can happen for various reasons. To view the specific rejection reason, right-click the order in the Orders module and select Order Details.
Suspended – Your order is contingent on a certain condition being met before it is sent to the exchange and changes to a working status. This is common for legs of OCO (One Cancels Other) orders, time-released orders, or GTC (Good-Til-Canceled) orders placed outside of active trading hours.
Expired – Your order expired at the exchange, typically because a day order was not filled or canceled before the trading session ended.
Pending New – The platform is not receiving responses from the exchange. If you see this status, please contact KGI Crusoe immediately to confirm your order’s status.
