The Bar Countdown feature allows you to track the time remaining in the current bar on minute-based charts in the KGI Crusoe platform. You can also enable audio and visual alerts to notify you as the bar approaches its close.
Step 1
To enable the Bar Countdown on your Charts, open the View Settings dropdown menu by clicking the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the Chart Module. From the View Settings menu, select "Bar Countdown Settings".

Step 2
In the pop-up window that appears, check the "Enabled" box to turn on the Bar Countdown.
When the "Alerting" feature is activated, the Bar Countdown will flash orange when the bar reaches a specified remaining duration (based on Interval Percentage).
An audio alert can be played when the Bar Countdown ends for each bar by enabling "Play Alert Audio".

Step 3
Click "Save" after configuring the Bar Countdown Settings. Once enabled, the Bar Countdown will be visible in the chart tab at the top of the module, indicating when the current bar is approaching closure.

Additional Bar Countdown Notes
The Bar Countdown needs to be enabled on each Chart Module separately.
The Bar Countdown can also be used on Tick-based charts to track the remaining number of ticks in a bar and on Volume-based charts to track the remaining number of contracts in a bar. Some tick and volume charts may not display Bar Countdown data.
The Bar Countdown is available on the KGI Crusoe platform. It is not available on the KGI Crusoe, where the equivalent feature is called the Bar Timer.
