Demo Launch Campaign Terms and Conditions

(A) 3 Months Market Data Reimbursement Promotion

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for this Promotion, the participant must fulfil the following conditions: The participant must open a new KGI Crusoe demo account with KGI Securities (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. ("KGISS") during the Promotion Period. The participant must complete the demo account registration in full, including any information or verification steps required by KGISS. The participant must open and fund a live KGI Crusoe trading account with KGISS within 60 days of KGI Crusoe's commercial launch ("the Conversion Window"). The participant must fund their live account with a minimum initial deposit of USD $5,000 ("the Minimum Funding Requirement"). The reward under this Promotion will only be credited where the participant has converted from a demo account opened during the Promotion Period to a live account that is funded within the Conversion Window and meets the Minimum Funding Requirement, as set out in Clause 3. A participant who converts to a live account but does not meet either the Conversion Window or the Minimum Funding Requirement is not eligible for the Reward.

2. Promotion Period

This Promotion shall commence from 1 November 2026 and expire on 31 December 2026 both dates inclusive ("the Promotion Period"). Only demo accounts opened within this period are eligible for the reward described in Clause 3. KGISS reserves the right to shorten, extend, or otherwise vary the Promotion Period at its sole discretion.

3. Reward

Each eligible participant is entitled to receive a reimbursement of market data fees incurred during their first 3 months of live trading on the KGI Crusoe platform ("the First 3 Trading Months"). Market data is charged at the standard rate during the First Trading Month, as with any other live account. Market data is charged at the standard rate throughout the First 3 Trading Months, as with any other live account. There is no upfront fee waiver. The First 3 Trading Months are the 3 consecutive calendar months beginning with the calendar month in which the participant's live account is successfully funded and live trading commences. KGISS will track each eligible participant's market data fees incurred during the First 3 Trading Months. The reimbursement for each month is credited to the participant's live KGI Crusoe account at the end of that respective month, continuing until all 3 months have been reimbursed. The reimbursement covers Level I (Top of Book) market data fees only, across the full four-exchange bundle (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX), for each of the First 3 Trading Months. Commissions, exchange, clearing, and other third-party fees remain payable by the participant and are not reimbursed under this Promotion, as itemized in the standard product schedule. The Reward is non-transferable, is limited to one Reward per eligible client, and the eligible participant cannot request any alternative form of payout, cash value, or privileges in lieu of the Reward. A KGI Crusoe / KGISS representative may contact eligible participants regarding the tracking or reimbursement of the Reward.

4. Fulfilment

The market data fee reimbursement for each of the First 3 Trading Months will be credited to the participant's live KGI Crusoe account within 14 business days of the end of that respective month, for example, month 1's reimbursement is credited shortly after month 1 ends, month 2's after month 2 ends, and so on. Eligibility for the Reward is determined based on the account and contact information held by KGISS at the time of demo account registration and subsequent live account funding. Participants are responsible for ensuring their account details are accurate and up to date. If a participant believes they are eligible but has not received the Reward within the stated timeframe, they should contact KGISS for assistance. KGISS reserves the right to withhold or reclaim the Reward where an account is closed, suspended, or found to be in breach of KGISS's account terms, or where the Promotion has been claimed fraudulently or through misrepresentation.

5. Others

This Promotion may run concurrently with the iPhone 18 Pro Max 512GB Lucky Draw at (B); participation in one does not affect eligibility for the other, and each is governed by its own terms. All details and other restrictions not specified herein shall be determined by KGISS in its sole and absolute discretion. The interpretations and decisions of KGISS on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and binding on all participants. KGISS shall not be held liable for any losses incurred by participants as a result of their trading in relation to this Promotion. Trading futures involves a high degree of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. Participants should ensure that they understand the risks, nature, and features of any investment product before trading, and if in doubt, should seek independent financial advice regarding the suitability of the investment product in relation to their specific investment objectives, financial situation, and/or particular needs.

By entering this Promotion, participants consent to the use of their personal data by KGISS for the purposes of administering this Promotion, in accordance with KGISS's Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, and all participants shall irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) of Singapore to enforce any of these terms and conditions.

(B) iPhone 18 Pro Max 512GB Lucky Draw Promotion

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for this Promotion, the participant must fulfil the following conditions: The participant must, during the Promotion Period defined in Clause 2, either (i) convert an existing KGI Crusoe demo account to a live account, or (ii) open a new live KGI Crusoe trading account directly (each, "a Qualifying Account"). There is no minimum funding amount and no minimum trading activity required to qualify. Opening or converting the account within the Promotion Period is sufficient on its own. The participant must be a resident of Singapore, of any nationality, aged 21 years or above, holding a valid NRIC or FIN. Each participant may hold only one Qualifying Account and receive at most one entry into the draw, regardless of the number of accounts opened or funded. Employees, directors, and contractors of KGISS and its related corporations, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings), are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotion Period

This Promotion commences on KGI Crusoe's commercial launch date ("the Launch Date"), to be announced, and runs for three (3) calendar months from that date ("the Promotion Period"). KGISS reserves the right to shorten, extend, or otherwise vary the Promotion Period at its sole discretion.

3. The Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) iPhone 18 Pro Max, 512GB (the "Prize"). Colour and exact specification are at KGISS's discretion, subject to availability. The Prize is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash, in whole or in part, except at KGISS's sole discretion. Should the stated Prize become unavailable for reasons beyond KGISS's reasonable control, KGISS reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value. Any taxes, duties, or levies arising from the receipt of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. KGI Crusoe and KGISS are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Apple Inc.

4. Entry and Winner Selection

No purchase, payment, or separate entry form is required. Entry is automatic for every account that meets the eligibility conditions in Clause 1. One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all Qualifying Accounts shortly after the Promotion Period closes, on or around [DRAW DATE]. The winner will be notified via the contact details registered on their KGI Crusoe account and must respond and complete any verification KGISS reasonably requires within 14 days of notification, failing which the Prize may be forfeited and, at KGISS's discretion, re-drawn. KGISS reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these conditions, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or circumvention of these terms. KGISS's decision on eligibility and the winner selection is final and not open to appeal.

5. Others

This Promotion does not require, and is not conditional upon, any funding amount, trading activity, or trading volume beyond opening or converting a Qualifying Account under Clause 1. Participants remain free to trade, or not to trade, at their own discretion. This Promotion may run concurrently with the 3 Months Market Data Reimbursement Promotion at (A); participation in this Promotion does not affect eligibility for that one, and vice versa.
